Raveena Tandon Got Injured While Shooting Tip Tip Barsa Paani; Actress Reveals, ‘I Was Barefoot, Surrounded By Nails’
Raveena Tandon opened up about how she got injured while shooting for the song Tip Tip Barsa Paani with Akshay Kumar in the film Mohra
Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry with her versatile performances. She is one of the most-sought after actresses of her time, as she is also making waves on OTT platforms with powerful web-shows. She recently graced the sets of the dance-reality show India's Best Dancer season 3 for a special episode ‘Dance Diva Special.’ As the contestant Shivanshu Soni performed on her iconic song Tip Tip Barsa Paani from the movie Mohra, she went down the memory lane and recalled how she had gotten injured during the shoot of the song.
Speaking about the song that also starred Akshay Kumar, she revealed that they shot for Tip Tip Barsa Paani at a construction site. Expressing how the whole experience was uncomfortable, she recalled, “I was barefoot, surrounded by nails that were causing discomfort.” She went on to add that not only did the shoot leave her bruised knees but she also fell ill as she was exposed to the rain. Shedding more light on the experience, the 48-year-old shared that she was dressed in a saree for the song and the steps that were given to them required her to wear knee caps, which left her with knee cuts when she returned home. The actress went on to add that not only did she “had to take tetanus injections,” but two days later fell ill because of the rain. Quoted by Bollywood Shaadis, she concluded, “The glamour you see on screen conceals the untold stories behind the scenes. On the work front, Raveena Tandon was last seen in Yash starrer KGF: Chapter 2. She is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Ghudchadi. The romantic comedy will also star Sanjay Dutt, Parth Samthaan, and Aruna Irani, among many others, in pivotal roles. She also has projects like Agni Varsham and Patna Shukla in her pipeline. She will also be seen reuniting with her ex-boyfriend Akshay Kumar after around two decades with Welcome 3.
