Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram exchanged vows in a traditional Meitei wedding ceremony held in Imphal. Randeep, adorned in white attire, radiated as a stunning Manipuri groom, encircled by his loved ones. Randeep was seen donning a white shawl, while Lin appeared resplendent in a Potloi or Polloi, a cylindrical skirt crafted from thick cloth and bamboo. Her attire was embellished with satin, velvet, gemstones, and glimmering accents. The wedding festivities unfolded at Chumthang Shannapung resort in Imphal, marking the union of actors Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram in a traditional Meitei wedding ceremony. Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram, accompanied by their families, visited the Relief Camp at Moirang Lamkhai and Sendra Tourist Resort beforehand. During a conversation with the media, Randeep reflected on his love story with Lin Laishram and expressed eagerness to embrace the Manipuri tradition.

He shared, "It feels wonderful. I believe it's important to honor the bride's tradition in marriage. I've heard that in Meitei love marriages, the groom has to sit for a considerable time. But I'm excited about the ceremony and customs. I genuinely want to immerse myself in my life partner's cultural heritage, which is why I'm here."


Randeep continued, "I hope I don't make any errors. We've been discussing Manipuri culture for a while now. I'm looking forward to it and hoping for everything to go smoothly. I pray for our joyful future, filled with kids and prosperity. It's an amalgamation of East and West—a cultural exchange. We've been friends for a long time, met during our theater days, and from that friendship, we're building a family."

On the work front, Randeep Hooda will be next seen in Swatantra Veer Savarkar. While in Laishram made an appearance in Kareena Kapoor's Netflix film Jaane Jaan.
