Priyanka Chopra’s latest Instagram post treating us to an adorable picture when she was 5, also has an interesting story behind it
Global icon Priyanka Chopra is truly a daddy’s girl and the same has reflected in her speeches, social media posts and on several occasions. Today, taking to her Instagram account, she dropped an old picture of herself with her late father Dr Ashok Chopra on his death anniversary, performing together. The father-daughter duo was seen performing at a New Year’s Eve bash back in 1987. With the two sharing the mike, one can see PeeCee having no stage fear right from her childhood days. It was an evening with her father being the star performer.
She captioned this image as, “It never gets easier… love you dad” The picture seems to be from her memoir, Unfinished. The picture shared by The White Tiger actress had a little story narrated behind this picture. Revealing that her father had a habit to rope her in for the first song, but for this New Year’s Eve, he just forgot. Followed by the actress leaving a little upset, her father realising it got her on the stage to recite a nursery rhyme.
