After Shahid Kapoor-Mrunal Thakur starrer Jersey and Ram Charan-NTR Jr. starrer RRR, are pushed ahead for an indefinite period due to rise in COVID-19 cases, now one more film might be pushed ahead. Prabhas-Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam scheduled to release on January 14, 2022, might also be pushed ahead. As reported in ETimes, discussions for the same are on and film’s director Radha Krishna Kumar might opt for it, depending upon the COVID-19 situation in the country.

Radha Krishna Kumar though initially did not have plans to push it ahead, added further, “If the situation worsens.” Thus, giving a rise to the news, that film will mostly not release as per the scheduled date. With rise in COVID-19 cases and the new variant Omicron, gripping the people, many theatres in a few states have been shut down, while few are given to host their last show around 7 pm.
