On Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, Bollywood celebrities and famous personalities all wished the PM a happy birthday. Aamir Khan, Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan, Kangana Ranaut, Salman Khan, and many others took to their social media, and greeted him. PM Modi has replied to the wishes, thanking them on Twitter. While replying to Karan Johar’s birthday wish, PM Modi wrote about Karan Johar’s passion for cinema and lauded him. In the last few weeks, Karan Johar has been at the end of extreme criticism by Netizens, and has been trolled quite a lot.

Now, as PM Modi replied to Karan Johar’s tweet, Netizens are on a roll! Many of them tried decoding if PM Modi lauding KJo was ‘sarcastic’, while many imagined Kangana Ranaut's reaction to it. Karan  Johar had tweeted, “Happy Birthday honorable PM @narendramodi ji! It has been my good fortune to discuss love for movies and the impact of our cinema on the global footprint with you. Your graciousness, warmth & understanding has always served as a guiding light! Wishing you health and happiness!” Replying to this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted, “Of course! Your passion towards cinema is adorable. Thank you for your wishes.”

Reacting to this, one social media user wrote, “He is being sarcastic. Trust me," while another user wrote, "Kangana must be crying in one corner." Kangana Ranaut has often slammed Karan Johar over conversations about nepotism. 

Karan Johar recently left for Goa with his family and was reportedly spotted at the Mumbai airport with his mom and kids. Post Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, Karan Johar has been facing massive backlash from Netizens as the nepotism debate reignited.
