Joker, first essayed by Heath Ledger and then by Joaquin Phoenix, left everyone speechless. So much that many tried to get into his character by painting themselves as Joker. Arjun Kapoor is the latest one to show his love for Joker by painting his face. But mean meme machines caught this as an opportunity to troll the actor. Even Parineeti Chopra trolled him.

Joker gave us goosebumps. First essayed by Heath Ledger and then by Joaquin Phoenix, the character of Joker instantly became fans favorite. A dark character like his got everyone at the edge of their seats. Fans all over the world tried to imitate the character and paid their tributes by painting their faces. Arjun Kapoor is the latest one to do so. He painted his face as that of Joker and posted it on social media. But, of course, how can meme-makers stay calm?

As Arjun posted his picture on Twitter, he gave it a Bollywood twist with his caption. He wrote, "Mera naam JOKER," referring to Raj Kapoor's famous movie. Soon his feed got filled with comments trolling him. Some people started thinking about Heath Ledger and Joaquin Phoenix's reaction to Arjun's Joker recreation. Someone posted Heath Ledger's image as Joker and wrote, "Ye joker h to mai kon hu?" Shahid Kapoor's Kabir Singh also came in the picture and so did Ananya Panday. Not just fans, even Parineeti Chopra trolled her Ishaqzaade co-star on Instagram over his picture looking like Joker. As he posted the same picture on Insta with the same caption, Parineeti wrote, "harkatein bhi." Even Rakul Preet Singh dropped a comment that read, "Sachi baat" with laughing emoji.

While we don't support trolling, some of the memes are indeed hilarious. We really wonder what would be Heath Ledger and Joaquin Phoenix's reaction just in case they come across this picture of Arjun Kapoor. Nonetheless, good try, Arjun.
