Bollywood’s IT couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have been anticipating one of the best days of their lives. The parents-to-be are awaiting the arrival of their firstborn, who will be born in September 2024. They announced the happy news in the last week of February 2024, before jetting off to attend Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding ceremony hosted in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Hours after the mommy-to-be made a gorgeous appearance at the pre-release event of Kalki 2898 AD, the couple was spotted at the Mumbai airport early Thursday morning.

As per a report by Indian Express, Deepika and Ranveer are traveling to London for their babymoon. Photos and videos of the same are currently going viral on social media, leaving their fans gushing about her pregnancy glow. Instant Bollywood took to Instagram to share a video of the actors reaching the airport. Being the chivalrous husband that he is, the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actor opens the door of their car and makes sure his wife gets down properly. He then walks alongside her making sure she is comfortable. Twinned in black, the couple made sure to wear comfortable clothes for their travel. As soon as the video surfaced on the internet, fans rushed to the comment section to shower them with love and admiration. Having tied the knot in 2018, the couple is all set to welcome their first child in September 2024. They had taken to their official social media handle to share a collaborative post, in February, to announce their pregnancy. 

On the work front, apart from Kalki 2898 AD, Deepika Padukone will also be entering Rohit Shetty’s cop universe as Shakti Shetty. She will mark her entry in the cop universe with Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor starrer Singham Again. On the other hand, Ranveer also has Don 3 and Shaktimaan remake in his pipeline.
