Pap Recalls ‘Disturbing’ Taimur Ali Khan’s ‘Personal Life’ For His Photos; Says, ‘Tracked Them 24x7, Climbed The Gates, Surrounded His Car’
Bollywood paparazzo recalls shocking incidents grom the time they clicked photos of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s first son Taimur Ali Khan’s photos and videos
The paparazzi culture in India, especially when it comes to covering starkids, boomed after Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s first son Taimur Ali Khan was born. From the child’s first glimpse to every second of his life was documented by the paparazzi, and if that weren’t enough reports about his everyday experiences were published on websites. While the craze around star kids has diminished, Bollywood paparazzo Varinder Chawla, recently recalled a shocking incident he witnessed where more than 50 people chased the little munchkin’s car, when he was on his way to tuition and realised that whatever was happening wasn’t normal.
During a recent interaction, Chawla opened up about the scary incident and revealed that he had received a call from Saif after the scenario, who asked him to not click photos and videos of his child when he was on his way to school and tuitions. He added how the celebrity couple had always been cordial with them and never stopped the shutterbags from clicking photos and video of them and their kids. The pap recalled how the demand for Taimur’s photos started increasing online and when they wouldn’t post his visuals netizens would ask them where the photos were. Quoted by the Free Press Journal, he added, “Demand badh gayi thi ki hum kya karte? We tracked them 24x7. We would follow him when he played, went to school, or out with his parents. Bacche ki personal life humlogo ne disturb karna shuru kar diya tha.” Opening up about the scary incident, the pap stated that the parents asked the paps not follow Taimur at his school or other public places. Recalling the entire incident, he revealed that he was riding a pillion with a team member for Taimur’s photos when he saw 50 other bikes doing the same. He added, “Main hil gaya. I wondered where those 50 people came from. Some climbed the gates, others surrounded his car as if they were going to attack him. I was scared and realised that it was wrong.”
For the unversed, Kareena tied the knot with actor Saif Ali Khan in 2012. They welcomed two adorable sons Taimur Ali Khan (2016) and Jehangir Ali Khan (2021). Apart from them, Saif has a daughter Sara Ali Khan, and son Ibrahim Ali Khan from his first marriage with actress Amrita Singh. The actress has made it her mission to be as involved in her kids’ lives as possible and often takes to social media to share glimpses of the same on her official handle.
