Hu Ba Hu, a new song from Pad Man is out!
The track features Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor who are seen going door-to-door
to distribute sanitary napkins to villagers. They go to every nook and corner
just to make sure that women across the village use sanitary pads and not any
other substitute. We like how the song doesn’t come across as too preachy but
at the same time, has a message to deliver. Hu Ba Hu is an upbeat number and
Akshay and Sonam’s on-screen presence just makes the song even more engaging.

Poor menstrual hygiene has negative effects on both the
environment and the health of women. The song gives insights about how Akshay’s
character is really keen on changing the methods of the villagers by
enlightening them about sanitary pads and providing them with healthy sanitary
solutions. The song also chronicles Pad Man’s journey on how he slowly becomes
famous because of this initiative.
Amit Trivedi has sung Hu Ba Hu and the lyrics are penned by Kausar Munir.
Talking about Pad Man, the film is produced under the banner of KriArj Entertainment
(Prernaa Arora & Arjun N Kapoor) and stars Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and
Radhika Apte in key roles. Pad Man is all set to hit the silver screens on
January 26, 2018.
