Priyanka Chopra Jonas was recently celebrating her mother Madhu Chopra’s Birthday in Boston with hubby Nick Jonas. Priyanka also shared a group picture with her family in Boston. The actress was recently in Mumbai for the wrap-up party of the movie The Sky Is Pink.
Priyanka is the ambassador for UNICEF and helped shinning light on their work to protect refugee children and their right to quality education. Priyanka spend days visiting refugee camps across Ethiopia, Africa and kept her fans posted on the same. Priyanka took to Instagram today to share an adorable video of her time spent in Ethiopia. In the video, the actress wished all the refugee children everywhere, on the occasion of World Refugee Day. Priyanka sends all her love to the Refugee children everywhere and wished them a life full of learning and achieving all their dreams.
Peecee also received the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award at the UNICEF Snowflake Ball in December for her work with UNICEF for peace and freedom and right to education for every child in Ethiopia and around the world.
The actress will reunite with Farhan Akhtar to play the parents to Aisha Chaudhary, a teen motivational speaker who died of pulmonary fibrosis in the upcoming movie The Sky Is Pink. The film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Siddharth Roy Kapur and Priyanka Chopra. It is a biographical drama directed by Shonali Bose and is set to release in theatres on October 11, 2019.
