Abhishek Bachchan, widely recognized for his performances in films like Guru, Manmarziyaan, and Yuva, is known for maintaining a relatively private personal life. However, recent reports have brought attention to his significant real estate investments in Mumbai. According to the Hindustan Times, Abhishek has acquired six flats in the Oberoi Sky City project located in Borivali, Mumbai. These units, valued at an impressive Rs. 15.42 crore, were registered on May 28, 2024, as per the property registration paperwork obtained by Zapkey.com. The acquisition includes 4,894 square feet of RERA carpet area, with each square foot priced at Rs. 31,498. These six flats are situated on the 57th floor of a high-rise building along the Western Express Highway (WEH) in Borivali East. The property records indicate that the purchase also includes 10 parking spaces. The six flats vary in size: two of them are 252 square feet each, two span approximately 1,100 square feet of carpet area, and the remaining two measure 1,094 square feet.
This isn't Abhishek's first investment in Oberoi Realty properties. In 2021, he sold a flat in the Oberoi 360 West building in Worli for Rs. 45.75 crore, a property he had originally purchased in 2014 for around Rs. 41 crore. This history of real estate transactions underscores his strategic approach to property investment. Produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar, this film is scheduled for release on November 15, 2024. Additionally, Abhishek has also been cast in Tarun Mansukhani's Housefull 5, alongside Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh, among others, which is slated for release in 2025.
