Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, renowned for his significant contributions to Indian cinema, has recently acquired a new apartment in the upscale Pali Hill area of Mumbai. According to property registration documents shared by Square Yards, the esteemed property was purchased for Rs. 9.75 crore. The new residence boasts a carpet area of approximately 1,027 square feet and is ready for occupancy. The transfer, which took place on June 25, involved a stamp duty of Rs. 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000. This splendid property is located in the Bella Vista Apartments, a prestigious residential complex in Pali Hill, known for its tranquil environment and lush greenery. Pali Hill is regarded as one of the most coveted residential zones in Mumbai. Aamir Khan already owns multiple apartments in Bella Vista and Marina in Pali Hill, both of which are currently undergoing renovation. Additionally, he possesses a luxurious sea-facing house in Bandra, Mumbai, which spans 5,000 square feet across two floors. Beyond residential properties, Aamir Khan has also invested in commercial real estate. Reports suggest that the Laal Singh Chaddha actor owns around 22 houses in Shahabad, Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.

On the professional front, Aamir Khan was last seen in Advait Chandan's Laal Singh Chaddha. His production house, Aamir Khan Productions, recently released Laapataa Ladies. He is now gearing up for his next project, Sitaare Zameen Par, featuring Genelia Deshmukh and Darsheel Safary in lead roles. The film is slated for a theatrical release on December 25, 2024.
