Neha Kakkar Wants Social Media To NOT Slam Her Ex-Boyfriend Himansh Kohli
Bollywood playback singer Neha Kakkar broke up with boyfriend Himansh Kohli last year. She had taken to her social media page to announce of her break-up in a long post. She had written, "Mujhe gave pata tha iss duniye mein itne burey loh bhi hote hain. Khair.. sab kuch gawaa ke hosh mein ab aaye, toh kya kiya..." and "I know I'm a celeb..I'm not supposed to write all this.. but I'm human being too.. and aaj kuch zyaada hi toot gayi, isliye couldn't control my feelings" - (sic)". She even mentioned that she is aware that she would be judged by people and she is prepared to face it. However, little did she expect that things would get so out of control with people blaming Himansh and ridiculing him for their failed relationship.

However, Himansh chose to be tight-lipped about the whole matter. Later, Neha also informed her fans that she was in depression by posting a video. And then, in another video, she clarified that she is out of it. In this whole process, Himansh received a lot of flak from her fans. Now, Neha regrets her idea to vent on social media.

Talking to Bombay Times recently, she said, "I am a very emotional person. Whatever happened in my personal life in the last few months was very unhappy. I regret the fact that I made my personal life so public. It is during the bad times that you realise that people can be so negative towards you and that shocked me. Himansh did nothing to deserve all that (flak). He was nothing like that at all. Still he received so much hatred and negative comments on social media. I won't make the same mistake again. I will not make my personal life public".

Nevertheless, the singer is happy enjoying singledom, as she states, "Thankfully, I have moved on from this bad relationship. I am really in a happy space now. I have realised that my family is more deserving than anybody else in my life. I am happy with whatever happened because that made me realise the importance of my family members. With this bad experience, I am not open to love again. As I said, I am happy to be single!”
