Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Bharat Sahni's daughter is the apple of the eye of Neetu Kapoor and the senior actress often shares videos and photos of the little one. Taking to her Instagram account, Neetu Kapoor shared a throwback video of Samara that sees her talking about fitness. In the video, Samara shares the importance of exercising and eating right food. She asks everyone to avoid junk food and eat healthy. 

In the caption, Neetu Kapoor mentioned that this video of Samara was recorded when she came to visit her 'nana' Rishi Kapoor. For the unversed, Rishi Kapoor was in New York for a good period of time undergoing treatment for cancer. Neetu Kapoor's caption read, "Had made this video when my lil patootie came visiting her nana in NYC!!! #samstories #learningyoung #makesmehappy." Alia Bhatt's mother Soni Razdan dropped a comment on this video saying, "Love it ! And really need the advice too."
