NCB Refutes News Of Clean Chit Given To Deepika Padukone Shraddha Kapoor And Sara Ali Khan; Agency Says, ‘These Reports Are Without Truth And Facts’
Since morning rumours mills are abuzz that the Narcotics Control Bureau has given clean chit to Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and others for their involvement in drug nexus linked to Sushant Singh Rajput. On Saturday, September 26, divas Deepika, Sara and Shraddha arrived at the DRDO guest house, to appear before NCB officials for questioning. As per reports, the actresses accepted their alleged drug chats, but, then denied consumption of any drug. Shraddha Kapoor agreed to attend parties hosted at SSR’s Pavna Lake Farmhouse.

But in the recent development, NCB has refuted the rumours of clean chits given to the top actresses. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, NCB has confirmed there is no truth to these reports and they are being circulated devoid of ‘truths and facts.’ Mumbai Mirror quoted an NCB officer saying, “The news article mentioning that the drugs law enforcement agency giving a clean chit to those examined by NCB is devoid of the facts and truth.”

Well, apart from these actresses, NCB is likely to send the summons to Bollywood’s top 3 male actors, who also happen to be Deepika’s co-stars. According to a report in ABP Live, DP’s 3 co-stars are likely to be summoned by the NCB for procuring and consumption of drugs. The ABP report suggests NCB is expected to issue summons to them after they collect substantial proof.
