Kangana Ranaut is known for her stellar performances in films and has also been a recipient of three National Film Awards throughout her career for her acting skills. These days, the Manikarnika actress is trending on social media for her questionable tweets regarding the city of Mumbai. Kangana later received a lot of backlash from many social media users for her statement. Now, Cheeni Kum, Pad Man, Paa cinematographer P C Sreeram made a tweet talking about how he had to reject a film as it had Kangana Ranaut as the lead. The cinematographer mentioned how deep down, he felt uneasy.
On Twitter, National Film award winner, cinematographer P C Sreeram who is known for his projects with filmmaker R Balki and Mani Ratnam made a tweet talking about a film he had to reject. The Paa cinematographer tweeted, “Had to reject a film as it had Kangana Ranaut as the lead. Deep down I felt uneasy and explained my stand to the makers and they were understanding. Some times its only abt what feels right. Wishing them all the best. (sic)”
P C Sreeram mentioned in his tweet that he had to reject a film recently as it had Manikarnika actress Kangana Ranaut as the lead. The director of Photography of many Bollywood films shared the reason behind his drastic step. P C Sreeram revealed that when he was offered to be a part of the project that featured Kangana Ranaut, deep down, he felt uneasy and explained his stand to the makers. He then mentioned how the makers understood after he explained his reasons to them. Later, in his tweet, P C Sreeram mentioned how some times, its only about what feels right and wished them the best for the project.

Meanwhile, talking about P C Sreeram, he is a recipient of the National Film Award himself. He has been a cinematographer for Amitabh Bachchan’s Paa, film Cheeni Kum, Akshay Kumar’s Pad Man, and Ki and Kaa as well. P C Sreeram has worked with Kangana Ranaut during her debut film in Tamil, Dhaam Dhoom (2009). The film that was originally directed by Jeeva, but was later helmed by P C Sreeram along with GK Manikandan and Anees Tanveer, as he passed away before its completion.
