For some time now, Varun Dhawan has been stationed in Arunachal Pradesh. He is shooting for his film Bhediya which is a horror comedy. The actor has been treating us with many videos from the hilly region sharing how he is enjoying his time amidst the mountains. Now, his wifey Natasha Dalal has joined him in Arunachal Pradesh. How do we know? Well, the couple has made a donation of Rs 1 lakh and their picture has made its way to social media.
Varun and Natasha donated Rs 1 lakh to the victims of fire that broke out in Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh. Reportedly, two people including a five-year-old girl died in this tragic accident and almost 143 thatched houses got destroyed in fire. Owing to this, Natasha and Varun donated the amount to the Lower Subansiri Deputy commissioner Somcha Lowang.
Earlier, in a statement, Varun Dhawan had spoken about promoting Arunachal Pradesh. He had said, "I want to promote Arunachal Pradesh 100 per cent not only because of its picturesque topography but for its people and the talent the youths here possess." Kriti Sanon, who is Varun's co-star in Bhediya, had also boasted about the state and said, "Besides the scenic beauty, this place is very peaceful and people are warm and I believe through this movie and my character, who according to the scripts have stayed here for a while, we will be able to project this places beauty and culture."
