Mrunal Thakur maybe just a few years old in the film industry, but in these few years, she has been a part of some impactful projects. Her debut film Love Sonia might not have been a big commercial success, but it gained immense praise and appreciation in the international film festivals.

She followed that critical success with a lot of commercial one as she was a part of films like Super 30 opposite Hrithik Roshan, Batla House opposite John Abraham, her latest release, Toofaan, with Farhan Akhtar and her next is with Shahid Kapoor, Jersey.

Mrunal has worked with four of the most sought out leading men in the Hindi film industry, who not just have fame and success, but also talent and experience on their side. So, ask Mrunal what she learnt from each of these actors that she has imbibed in her approach towards work and life, and pat comes the reply, “From Hrithik I have learnt that kill monotony before it kills you. From John I have learnt to worship your body. From Farhan I have learnt that there are no shortcuts in life and from Shahid I have learnt how to be focussed.”

On the professional front, after her latest release Toofaan, Mrunal has another sports-drama Jersey up next, followed by war-film Pippa with Shahid’s brother Ishaan Khatter and Priyanshu Painyuli. The trio plays siblings in the film. She also has Umesh Shukla’s family comedy, Aankh Micholi, up for release opposite Abhimanyu Dassani. The actress is also a part of the Hindi remake of Thadam, which was to feature Sidharth Malhotra in the lead, but a few months ago, it was reported that he has been replaced by Aditya Roy Kapur.
