The actor who hails from Delhi is one of those few actors who made it big on their own. In this exclusive interview, the actor reveals how his family and especially his mother has been a rock-solid support through the thick and thin.

The actor revealed how his mother helped him to stay grounded and strong during his transition from television to films. He says, "Whatever I am right now, is all because of her, whatever moral values I have got is all because of her. And how I am right now as a person is all because of her. There are so many things for example, my family asked me to stick to films more as I had spent many years in television. So, during the transition, my mother and my family were the ones who kept me grounded, which is very important; because people come here and they lose on to their purpose. I never lost track of my purpose as I talk to my mother everyday. And that somehow helped me stay firm on my determinations."
