Model Lakshmi Menon Expecting Her First Child With 56-Year-Old Husband Suhel Seth
Model Lakshmi Menon and actor-columnist Suhel Seth, who got married at the latter’s Gurugram home last December, are going to be parents as the couple is expecting their first child!

According to Mumbai Mirror, the 56-year-old, who married his girlfriend of two years is now going to be a father. The couple got married in December last year in the presence of close friends and family and had expressed their wish to start a family just as soon as they get married. The couple is overjoyed with this news and looks like congratulations are in order!

Suhel and Lakshmi got married at his Gurugram home on December 25, 2018 and hosted a small and intimate group of friends which included politician Praful Patel, Tasneem and Vikram Mehta, Tarun Tejpal, and former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dixit, among others. According to those present at the wedding, even Arun Jaitley was there via a video call.

Suhel Seth, a man known for his appearances on TV debates, was also accused of sexual harassment a while ago by multiple women from the industry namely model Diandra Soares, filmmaker Natasha Rathore and writer Ira Trivedi.  Diandra had given a full-blown account on Twitter by writing, “I know why he is silent. He thinks that this will blow over, but I will not let this go till the day I die. Having said that, I am shocked that he hasn’t responded to the women, who accused him before me (author Ira Trivedi and filmmaker Natasha Rathore). It has been 15 days since all this happened and he is still silent. I want to ask, why some people are still working with him?”

“There are so many intellectual women who feel that I am doing this for publicity. If I wanted publicity, I would have taken a superstar’s name, why would I name Suhel Seth? I have spoken to so many people in the last five days that I have lost appetite. I have not slept well. Do these people feel that we enjoy seeking publicity like this? The women who have spoken up in the #MeToo movement have families to support and they are only doing this so that such harassment stops.”
