MNS Effect: Pakistani Singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan Thrown Out Of A Film
With the wake of banning Pakistani artistes in Bollywood, Policegiri producer TP Aggarwal has taken a very strong stand.

Aggarwal  has replaced the popular Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan from his upcoming film Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana. The film features Akshara Haasan and Vivaan Shah.

"Let's talk on the grounds of humanity and express our solidarity. When all the Indian artistes can express their sorrow on the Peshawar attacks on the children, then why can't the Pakistani artistes do the same?" he demands to know.

"All the Pakistani artistes criticise the attacks on all the other countries except India. Why can't they condemn it in fact when many of them stay here? Which is why I took the decision of replacing the voice of Rahat from the film," says Aggarwal.

He also went on to say that if Rahat expresses his sadness over the Uri attacks, then he will retain his voice. As of now the producer is looking out for another singer for the romantic song which was shot in Kashmir.

"We will lose a lot of money but country comes first," added TP Aggarwal. The producer has not yet conveyed the message to the 42-year old singer but had tagged him on Twitter to inform him about the development.
