Following that, there was also news of a few other deaths in the entertainment industry, leaving everyone shocked. This year hasn’t been a great one for a lot of reasons, so when Mithun Chakraborty trended on social media, his fans were concerned. Yesterday, Salman Khan revealed the poster of Bad Boy, which marks Mithun Chakraborty’s son Namashi’s debut film. As Mithun Chakraborty trended on Twitter, his fans were paranoid assuming that he was no more, only to realize later he was trending because of his son’s debut film.

A section of Twitterati assumed the worst after #MithunChakraborty was trending on Twitter. Some of them must not have been aware of Mithun’s son’s debut film, and jumped to horrifying conclusions after seeing the trend. Later on, when they searched a bit more, they found out he was trending because of his son. While one fan wrote, “I get concerned whenever any veteran actor's name is trending on twitter due to the deadly nature of the year 2020. #MithunChakraborty,” another user wrote, “#MithunChakraborty is trending in 2020... Oh its just a movie promotion of his son.”

Meanwhile, Mithun Chakraborty’s son Namashi is all set to make his debut with Rajkumar Santoshi's Bad Boy. Salman Khan wished Namashi all the best for his film and unveiled the first poster of Bad Boy on his social media.  He wrote, "All the very best, Namashi for #BadBoy. Poster lajawaab!"
