Manikarnika Co-Director Krish Opposes Kangana Ranaut For 'One Last Time' Over The Controversy; Feared He Will 'Remain Unknown To The World'
OOPS! Manikarnika's co-director Krish challenges Kangana Ranaut for one last time, years after the controversy surrounding the film; here's what he said.
Kangana Ranaut and controversies go hand in hand. Well, the list is long but one cannot forget the mess that took place during her Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi days. It so happened that Kangana had accused the film's then-director Krish of not completely helming the film and claimed how she had contributed more. This led to a massive spat between the duo and Krish left the film midway, leaving the director's job on Kangana. Well, the rest, as they say, is history. Now, Krish, during his recent appearance on Samantha Akkineni's chat show, has challenged Kangana Ranaut for one last time.
In a promo of their episode that has gone viral on social media, we could see Krish saying how he is speaking on this controversy for the last time by stating how he feared that how the controversy will affect his identity. Krish said, “I really want to speak one last time. After Kangana and her team watched the film, I got a call after two days... As a storyteller, I feared I’ll remain unknown to the world. As artists, we can only show it to the world when we get the right opportunities." Rakul Preet Singh, too, was present along with Krish.

In an earlier interview with us, Krish had accused Kangana of stealing his credit by saying, “Kangana has done 20-25% of the first half and 10-15% in the second half. I didn’t shoot a song and I didn’t shoot her entry scene. In the second half, she has even re-shot some scenes which I had done in a different way. Kangana even told me that Zee Studios hadn’t liked what I had made. It was looking like a Bhojpuri film. I laughed. People know my previous work. We argued but she wanted her own way. I just couldn’t understand." He had gone on to claim how Kangana was always rude to him.
