Mandira Bedi Writes '365 Days Without You' On First Death Anniversary Of Late Husband Raj Kaushal, Actress Keeps Prayer Meet, Akhand Sahib Bhog For Him
Mandira Bedi kept a two-day prayer meet for her late husband Raj Kaushal on the occasion of his first death anniversary
Actress Mandira Bedi, on Thursday, took to her social media to inform fans that she kept a two-day prayer meet for her late husband Raj Kaushal. For the unversed, the filmmaker died last year in June died due to a cardiac arrest. June 30 marked Raj Kaushal's first death anniversary and to mark it, Mandira kept a prayer meet for him and also shared a glimpse of it on social media. The actress also penned an emotional note stating how she has been struggling to come to terms with the tragic demise of her husband.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Mandira posted a note that read, “365 days without you,” with a broken heart emoji. She also shared a couple of photos from the prayer meet and wrote, “2 days of prayer. And so much love for you, Raj...The skies cried today for you. As did we..And wherever you may be.. may you be in peace and surrounded by love.” The actress also organized Akhand Paath Sahib Bhog for Raj Kaushal. She posted photos with her kids and family from the Bhog with the caption, “#AkhandPaath ka #Bhog and #Langar .. in Raj’s name.. On June 30, 2021, Raj Kaushal passed away after he suffered a heart attack at the age of 49. The sad news was shared by Raj's close friend and Mandira Bedi's co-star Rohit Roy on social media.
Raj and Mandira got married in 1999 and welcomed their first child, son Vir in 2011. Last year, they adopted a daughter, Tara.
