Major Fire Breaks Out On Sets Of Kesari; Akshay Kumar Unhurt
Akshay Kumar's Kesari sets in Satara were burnt to dust earlier today. Thankfully there have been no causalities reported as of yet. Here are a few more details...

A major incident
took place on the sets of Akshay Kumar's film Kesari. The set, which was
erected in the Pimpode region of Satara caught fire, apparently due to some
kind of a blast.
Maharashtra Times
has reported that five firefighter vehicles reached the spot to douse the fire,
but it got totally destroyed.

A Still From Kesari
Apparently, the
set was erected for the shoot of a war sequence for Kesari, which is being
co-produced by Karan Johar. It is being said that there have been no casualties
due to the blast.
TOI reported that
Akshay was not present on the sets at the time of the blast, as he had already
left for the day. But due to the damage to the set, the makers would have to
rebuild it from scratch to complete the remaining days of the shoot.
As reports suggest,
the schedule shows 10 days of shooting remaining at the location. So far, there
has been no official word about the loss incurred.
