While the much-controversial film 'Animal' has crossed the 750 crore mark and going steadily at the box office, not a lot of celebrities came out in public and appreciated the film. It was only Allu Arjun and Alia Bhatt who praised the movie on social media.
While Alia is Ranbir's wife, it is well known that Allu Arjun announced a movie with Sandeep Reddy Vanga that may begin next year. The two even faced the heat on social media for praising a movie that celebrated violence, misogyny and vileness.
Interestingly, superstar Mahesh Babu who came in as a guest for the pre-release event of ‘Animal’ did not talk about the film after it was released in theatres.
He called Sandeep one of the most original directors and said that he got mental after watching the trailer but people were surprised that Mahesh did not express his opinion after the release.
