Maharastra Assembly Elections 2019 Results: 'We Did It Papa' Riteish Deshmukh Rejoices As Brothers Emerge Victorious In Latur
It’s time for celebrations in the Deshmukh household, as Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh’s brothers Amit Deshmukh and Dhiraj Deshmukh have won two different seats in Latur amid the Maharastra Assembly Election 2019, in both rural, as well as urban area. What makes their victory a little extra special is a fact that their late father Vilasrao Deshmukh was the former Chief Minister of Maharastra and it’s the third consecutive win for Amit. The Housefull 4 actor shared two images, one of himself decked up in a white kurta-pyjama, as he stood next to his late father’s portrait, another image was from Deshmukh brothers’ celebration campaign after winning the seats. In his caption, Ritiesh paid a tribute to his father and expressed his happiness by writing, “We did it PAPPA!!! @AmitV_Deshmukh wins Latur (city) by 42000+ votes for the 3rd consecutive time. @MeDeshmukh wins Latur (rural) by 1,20,000 votes. Thank you, people of Latur, for this faith & trust.”

On the work front, Riteish Deshmukh is currently gearing up for the release of his multi-starrer comedy – Housefull 4 – which hits the big screens today. It also stars Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda in the lead roles and has been helmed by Farhad Samji. Other than this, Riteish Deshmukh will be seen in Marjaavaan and Baaghi 3.
