Ace comedian Raju Srivastava left for his heavenly abode at the age of 58 on September 21st, 2022. He was admitted to AIIMS, Delhi after he complained of chest pain while working out in the gym. While Raju’s family is still struggling to come to terms with his sad demise, his son Aayushmaan is going a way ahead to make his dad super proud. The little boy, who is a professional sitar player, recently got featured in the finale of the singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champs season 9 where he impressed everyone with his sitar skills.

Aayushmaan was given a chance to give music to the contestants’ final performances in the grand finale. Netizens flocked to the comments section to shower compliments on Aayushmaan and applauded his guitar skills. One Insta user commented, “Phenomenal… may god bless you always.” Another said, “Raju ji's legacy passed on to children.” To note, Aayushmaan is a professional sitar player and has been globally and nationally recognised for his skill. 

On 10 August 2022, Raju Srivastava, known as the King of Comedy complained of chest pain and suffered a cardiac arrest while running on the treadmill in the gym. He underwent an angioplasty and was put on a ventilator. On the morning of 21 September 2022, he died of a cardiac arrest in Delhi.
