Kriti was involved with the film from the start, collaborating closely with Kanika Dhillon. For Kriti, the film’s storyline was something she felt deeply connected to, and she wanted to be more than just an actor on set.





Kriti also shared how, after the success of Mimi, she had been searching for a role that would challenge her as an actor, something intense and layered. She explained, “I wasn’t getting such an opportunity for a while. When you don’t find something that excites you, you have to create it. Do Patti became that opportunity for me, both as a producer and as an actor.” Additionally, Kajol, who is playing a police officer for the first time in her career, brings another layer of excitement to the film. With Kriti set to appear in a unique, never-seen-before avatar, Do Patti is already generating significant buzz ahead of its release on Netflix.
