Kriti Sanon was in for a rude shock earlier today when
she found out that her Instagram account had been compromised. Yes, someone had
gained access of her account and she was logged out from it. Before the person
could do any harm, Kriti took corrective steps and informed fans via her sister
Nupur Sanon's account to refrain from opening any messages or tweets that
followed from her account. Here's what Nupur shared:

Soon enough Kriti took to her Twitter account and
informed her fans as well. She tweeted, "GUYS MY INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT IS
HACKED! Pls do not respond! (sic)."

As soon as her account was hacked, Kriti's followers
started getting posts purporting to be from the actress. The posts asked them
to follow a reserve fan account. Some posts even shared really old pics of
Kriti. Her fans soon realized this and flooded the comments sections of those
aforementioned posts.
However, all's well now as Kriti has gained back the
access to her account. Within an hour all the spurious posts were deleted and
the account was brought back to its original sanctum state.
