Kiara Advani is one of the most loved stars in the Hindi film industry. She has won millions of hearts with her terrific performances in films. Kiara has had her share of ups and downs in her career. As many know, she made her debut in Bollywood with 'Fugly' but the film didn't mint money at the Box-Office. Apart from Kiara, the movie also starred Arfi Lamba, mohit marwah, Vijender Singh and Jimmy Shergill. In a recent interview, Kiara opened up about how she felt low after the failure of her debut film. She also shared how she overcame it all and decided to give another chance.
Speaking to radio host Siddharth Kannan about a 'moment of courage' professionally, she said, "For me, it was right after my first film. The film didn't work and from there, I was like 'I don't know what I'm going to do with my life, I don't know if I'll get a second chance, another opportunity.' Of course, I was much younger and I felt that it's not going to happen. I just started feeling very low. I didn't want to go out, I didn't want to meet people and all of that."
Kiara further mentioned that after the failure of her debut film, she gave herself the confidence to keep going. "Just because my first film didn't do well doesn't mean I stop and don't try again. So I got myself together," she added. The actress stated that she took acting and dance classes to prepare herself and decided to keep going. "I just decided that I am not going to stop, I am going to keep going and believe in myself. That was my moment of courage," said Kiara.
On the work front, Kiara is currently gearing up for the release of Shershaah. The movie, which also stars Siddharth Malhotra as Captain Vikram Batra, is slated to release on Amazon Prime Video on August 13. Other than that, she also has Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Jug Jugg Jeeyo in her kitty. And as per latest report in Pinkvilla, she will be reuniting with Kartik Aaryan once again. The duo will star in a love story and the film is expected to go on floors in December.
