Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has made a name for herself in the Hindi entertainment industry. Having aged like fine wine, she is one of the most successful actresses in the industry. Apart from mesmerising everyone with her versatile performances, she launched her own makeup brand, which encourages women to embrace themselves. Recently, the actress-entrepreneur opened up about how she finds it challenging to maintain a balance between both her careers.

In an interview with the Economic Times, she also spoke about her passion and how he main focus is on growing her work with each passing day. Talking about her makeup brand, she revealed that according to her it is crucial for women to understand that their constant exposure to ideal beauty standards doesn’t encourage confidence. For those who don’t know, the Merry Christmas actress owns the beauty brand Kay Beauty along with entrepreneur Falguni Nayar. During the interaction, she also shed light on how her husband, Vicky Kaushal has to often tell her to keep her phone aside from their dining table. She said, “Balancing my career as an actor and as an entrepreneur is incredibly rewarding but also demanding. There are times when my husband (Vicky Kaushal) tells me to put down the phone at the dinner table, but I often have just one last thing to do for a key launch. He understands that this dedication comes from extreme passion.”


For the unversed, over the past few weeks, it has been heavily speculated that Vicky and Katrina are all set to welcome their first child in London after a few videos of the duo spending time together surfaced on the internet. The couple are yet to confirm the news of their first pregnancy and the ongoing news might merely be a speculation. They tied the knot in December 2021 in a closed-off ceremony.

On the work front, Katrina Kaif was last seen in Sriram Raghavan directorial Merry Christmas. Directly released on Netflix, the bilingual noir film, Hindi and Tamil, co-starred Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role. On the other hand, Vicky Kaushal will be next seen in Bad Newz. He also has Chaava, Love & War, and Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam in his pipeline.
