It goes without saying that Katrina Kaif is synonymous with the term hotness in Bollywood. Well, apart from Kat's acting chops and stunning looks, it’s her perfectly-sculpted body that gives all the other actresses a big run for their money. Well, to maintain her oh-so-stunning physique, the Tiger Zinda Hai actress regularly undergoes a streak of intense workouts and, of course, a lot of sacrifices, because becoming fit might not be difficult but maintaining the same is a huge task. Taking to her Instagram, the Zero actress give a glimpse of her workout schedule for the day, and guys; it's making us regret our days of being an absolute couch potato.
The picture of her 'workout for the day' includes a list of some vigorous weight training and cardio exercises. The circuit 1 on Katrina Kaif's gym routine focuses on leg workouts. It includes squats, theraloop squats and lifts, deadlifts, leg press, ball bridge curl and cardio among others. The second circuit, on the other hand, is for the upper body. It includes a lot of push-ups and pulls among other intense workouts. The third circuit focuses on abs. "Workout for the day," wrote Katrina, as she tagged her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala.
Well, Katrina has often credited Yasmin for making her obtain her dream body and maintaining it. The duo shares a great bond and is often seen goofing around on each other's social media accounts.
