A little birdie tells us that Karan Johar made a special
request to the power couple at the do. The filmmaker asked Virushka to be
celebrity guests on India’s Next Superstar, which he is judging along with
Rohit Shetty.

Says a source, “Anushka told Karan that she will try her
best to make it since she will be in the country (the episode is to be shot in
January second week), but Virat’s appearance is doubtful considering India will
be playing against South Africa at that point. However, since the team has a
one-week gap between each match, hubby dearest might fly down for a day.”
The newlyweds took off for South Africa early this
morning with the rest of the Indian cricket team. The couple will
celebrate New Year together after which the actress will return to India to
honour professional commitments.
