Kapil-Krishna War: Guthi, Dadi get a legal notice from Colors
Life is not going to be easy for Kapil Sharma and his team members after their
 unceremonious exit from Colors.

Two of Kapil's teammates from his show Comedy Nights with Kapil- Gutthi (Sunil Grover) and Dadi (Ali Asgar)- are the first to be caught in the on-going Kapil- Krishna war.

The story goes that Sunil and Ali are slated to go for a live show called Da-Bang, headlined by Salman Khan and his Kick heroine Jacqueline Fernandez, to Surat on February 19.

Brijesh Gadiali, the live show's producer, had told a section of the media that Sunil and Ali will be coming to Surat  in their Comedy Nights avatars. Brijesh felt that he didn't need to ask Colors for permission as the show is not supposed to be televised.

Little did Sunil and Ali know what lay in store.

A couple of mornings ago, they woke up slapped with a legal notice from Colors stating that they can't be performing in their CNWK avatars in any event- irrespective of whether those outings are aired or not.

A source tells SpotboyE, "Dadi can't perform even as a normal old lady with grey hair and a jooda. Guthi can't even don ribbons. This is the kind of diktat that the legal notice spells out. The duo has been clearly told that even a reflection of their CNWK avatars would tantamount to copyright infringement. It's sad and funny both."

Let's see if Sunil and Ali take this fight head on.

Ponder a while: Partings are, more often than not, ugly. Aren't they?
