7 Years Of Queen: Kangana Ranaut Shares She Signed Queen For Money; Pens It Gave Her Everything That She Ever Deserved
Kangana Ranaut became the reigning Queen of Bollywood after her film Queen by Vikas Bahl made it to the theatres. The film that changed her life. Queen worked tremendously well at the box office and many lauded her for her acting skills. As the film marks seven years of release, Kangana Ranaut made several tweets talking about how she never thought that the film will ever release. She penned that she signed the film to earn money, and had no hopes from it. She revealed she went to a film school with the money she earned from Queen and how it changed her life. 

Kangana Ranaut started off by writing, "After almost a decade long struggle I was told I am too good an actor to be a Bollywood leading lady, curly hair and vulnerable voice made it worse, I signed Queen thinking this will never release, signed it for money with that money I went to film school in Newyork." Her next tweet read, "Bought a small house in the outskirts of LA in Calabasas, just when I left everything, Queen released, changed my life and Indian Cinema forever marked the Birth of a new leading lady and woman centric parallel cinema #7yearsofqueen." 




In the end, she mentioned that Queen is not just a film for her as it gave her what she truly deserved. "Queen is not just a film for me, it was an explosion of everything I ever deserved was kept away from me for 10 long years, everything came all at ones, it was overwhelming, I truly believe what is ours no one can take away hang in their you will get your due #7yearsofqueen," she wrote.
