Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has been using social media to express her views to the fans. She is often seen taking to her Instagram stories to share pictures, videos and even tweet snippets that she wants to applaud or criticize. Recently, the actress took to her official social media handle to share that even after having many popular songs, she denied insane money to dance at private parties and wedding.

The queen of controversy took to Instagram stories and shared a throwback video of singer Asha Bhosle recalling her late sister Lata Mangeshkar’s practice of not performing at wedding and private parties. Sharing the video reel, she called the late singer an inspiration. In the video, Bhosle can be seen talking to Jay Bhanushali about an incident when her elder sister was offered a million dollars to attend a wedding and sing a song. Putting her point across the late veteran singer had said that even if people gave her five million dollars, she would sing at someone’s function. Asha stresses on the fact that artist all across should have such integrity. On the work front, Kangana Ranaut will be seen in Emergency, her first solo directorial project. She will be essaying the role of India’s late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. A period political drama, the movie is based on the emergency period in India during the mid-70s, which was announced by the then Prime Minister, Indira Gandhi. She will play the role of the late Prime Minister in the film. The movie also stars Anupam Kher, Milind Soman, Mahima Chaudhry, Satish Kaushik and Shreyas Talpade in pivotal roles.

She also has RSVP Movies’ Tejas, Chandramukhi 2 and Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda in the pipeline.
