Sonu Sood who tested positive for Coronavirus a few days ago has now recuperated. He took to his social media today to reveal that he has now tested negative. All his friends, fans and well-wishers expressed happiness and so did Kangana Ranaut. Reacting to the post of him testing negative, Kangana credited India-made vaccine that helped him recover so fast. She mentioned that Sonu Sood had taken the first dose of vaccination and so he recovered so fast.

Kangana Ranaut also mentioned that Sonu Sood should probably encourage people to take India-made vaccination dose but also wrote about it getting expired. Kangana wrote, "Sonu ji you had the first shot of the vaccine and I see because of that you recovered very fast, may be you want to appreciate India made vaccine and its effects, also encourage people to take the vaccine so that tons of it doesn’t get expired post 1st May like before."

Post testing positive, Sonu Sood had spoken to Subhash K Jha for SpotboyE, and said, "Covid Maharaj aakhir mere paas bhi aa gaye . Unhone socha , kyon rehne doon is bande ko? I’ve been out so much. The infection could have come from anywhere. For the last two days I had a mild fever, 99 degrees, and a bit of a sore throat. On Friday evening I decided to get it tested, in case it was positive I didn’t want to be a spreader. Unfortunately it was positive."
