Kangana Ranaut is gearing up for her upcoming movie Tejas made a bold prediction about the ongoing ICC World Cup 2023. In a video shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani, the actress confidently stated, "India will clinch the World Cup, mark my words." Following the video's viral spread on the internet, cricket enthusiasts nationwide have become even more thrilled for Team India. Meanwhile, under the leadership of Rohit Sharma, the Indian team remains undefeated in the tournament, triumphing in all four matches, including formidable opponents like Australia and Pakistan. The footage featuring the actress was captured on the set of the widely watched reality TV program, Bigg Boss 17. Ahead of her appearance alongside Salman Khan for the promotion of Tejas on the show, she also took a moment to pose for the paparazzi. The acclaimed actress, best known for her role in Queen, Tanu Weds Manu and Manikarnika recently appeared in a Tamil horror comedy titled Chandramukhi 2. Her next project is an action-packed drama called Tejas, in which she takes on the role of an Air Force pilot. The movie is set to hit theaters next week on October 27. Additionally, Kangana Ranaut is also working on her directorial venture, "Emergency." This film narrates the events surrounding the 1975 emergency declared by then-Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Kangana portrays the late Mrs. Gandhi in this film, which also stars Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhry, Shreyas Talpade, Milind Soman, and the late Satish Kaushik. Originally scheduled for a November release, the film's premiere has been postponed by its makers to 2024.
