Kangana Ranaut Praises Mrunal Thakur For Her Performance In Sita Ramam, Says, ‘Truly A Queen, Here Begins Your Reign’
Sita Ramam is a beautiful romantic film starring Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, and Rashmika Mandanna in lead. The film was a massive hit across India and is has been loved by the audience. It has also received praise from many actors. Now, Kangana Ranaut has joined the bandwagon as she reviewed the film and even appreciated the lead Mrunal Thakur.

Kangana Ranaut took to her Instagram handle and shared several stories to appreciate Mrunal Thakur’s performance as Sita Mahalakshmi/Princess Noor Jahan in Sita Ramam. She wrote, “All actors did amazingly well but what stood out the most for me (was) Mrunal Thakur’s performance. Restrained emotions and rare dignity in her demeanour… no other actress could have portrayed. What a terrific casting. Truly a queen. Zindabad thakur saab (madam), here begins you reign.” Sita Ramam marks Mrunal’s debut in Telugu films.

The ‘Manikarnika’ actress even praised the Telugu film Sita Ramam. Ranaut wrote, “Finally got time to see Sita Ramam… and I must say what a spectacular experience… and epic love story… extraordinary screenplay and direction… congratulations to Hanu Raghavapudi (director), all departments work wonderfully (in the film).”

Talking about the film, Dulquer Salmaan plays Lieutenant Ram, who is an Indian army officer serving at the Kashmir border. He receives anonymous love letters from Sita Mahalakshmi, played by Mrunal.

Meanwhile, Kangana is currently with her upcoming film Emergency based on the sensitive socio-political situation emergency of our country imposed between 1975-1977. The film’s stellar cast includes Kangana as former Prime Mister Indira Gandhi, legendary actor Anupam Kher portraying Lok Nayak Jaya Prakash Narayan while Shreyas Talpade will essay Bharat Ratna Atal, Bihari Vajpayee. And Mahima Chaudhary plays Pupul Jayakar, the author and friend of the Iron Lady.
