Kalki Koechlin Expecting Her First Child With Boyfriend Guy Hershberg, Will Opt For Water Birth And Has Even Chosen A Name

This has come as a total surprise. Kalki Koechlin who was last seen in Sacred Games season 2 is pregnant. Yup, she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Guy Hershberg who is from Israel. It was just a few months ago that she made her relationship with him public and now she is looking forward to embracing motherhood. As reported by HT Brunch, Kalki Koechlin is five months pregnant and has even decided the name of her baby.

Kalki, who was earlier married to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, revealed that she’ll be going to Goa by the end of the year to give birth to her baby. She has decided to go natural and deliver through water birth. In fact, Kalki also revealed that she has decided the name of the baby. “I’ve chosen a name that works for either gender and that is representative of a gay person, because I want my child to have that freedom of movement under the many umbrellas of gender that we have,” she said.

Kalki who was earlier averse to this idea of being a mother revealed that her notions about having a child changed over the years. She said, “I don’t know when my notions began to change, but I knew that after the break up of my marriage with Anurag [Kashyap, film director], I had come to revisit many ideas.”

It is a total surprise as just yesterday we spotted Kalki Koechlin at the GQ Men of the Year Awards looking her perfect self. She was wearing a short skirt with a formal jacket on it that kind off hid her baby bump. This sure has come in as good news and we hope motherhood treats well to Kalki.
