J P Dutta's Border heroine is more than just good friends with A Wednesday's producer. The actress has been spotted having cosy lunches, dinners and movie outings with the thrice-married filmmaker.
The two go off for long drives as well. They've grown closer over the last one year. Buzz is, Sharbani landed up with an item number in Katha's remake because of her closeness with Anjum.
When contacted, Anjum said rather unapologetically, "Sharbani and I are just good friends- there's nothing more to it. If people think I gave her an item number in Katha because she's my friend, they're right. Why would I want an outsider?"
