Veteran Bollywood actress Jaya Bachchan is currently gracing her granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda’s chat show What The Hell Navya season 2 along with Shweta Bachchan. The three generations often come together to talk about certain topics. In one of the recent episodes, where they discussed the changing technology during their growing years. Amid it all, the actress commented on anxiety, which left the netizens miffed. Taking to social media, many called out for her dated thoughts.

Talking about it on Navya’s podcast, Bachchan spoke about social media and how the internet plays an important role in promoting anxiety attack issues. She went on to state that information overload is one of the major causes of stress in teenagers. The 75-year-old actress also spoke about how the younger generation turns towards the internet, these days for validation. Co-starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and others, the movie follows the journey of Rocky Randhawa and Rani Chatterjee, who hail from contrasting family backgrounds. To get married they come up with a plan to stay with each others’ families so that they can get to know each other better. The movie was released on the big screens on July 28th and is currently streaming on Prime Video.
