On February 24 last year, the nation was mourning
over the untimely demise of India’s first female superstar Sridevi. The
actress, who had over 5 decades of career in films, breathed her last in a
Hotel in Dubai as she was declared dead due to accidental drowning. The actress
was accompanied by Boney Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor as the Kapoor clan was in UAE
to attend Mohit Marwah’s wedding. Janhvi Kapoor at that time was in India
shooting for her Bollywood debut Dhadak. The actress, who made her debut with
Karan Johar's flick, spoke many times during her promotional interviews about
her mom, who was able to see the first rushes of her debut film.
Janhvi Kapoor never misses a chance to write how
much she misses her mother. The actress takes to social media account to write
a line or two or share a picture of hers. We witnessed one such moment a few
hours back when Janhvi shared an adorable throwback picture of her parents on
social media, which makes all the Sridevi fans’ hearts flutter.

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor is gearing up for
the release fo Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. Later, she will soon begin
shooting for Karan Johar’s Magnum Opus Takht.
