Janhvi Kapoor is one such actress who never compromises with her fitness regime. She follows a rigorous workout routine to stay fit and healthy and is often spotted after her yoga or Pilates class in Mumbai. On Monday, Janhvi joined her Pilates instructor Namrata Purohit for a fun workout session and her fitness trainer posted a video of them doing Plank jumping exercises on social media. Both made their workout more entertaining by adding a fun element to it. 

Namrata shared a video of her and Janhvi smiling and doing Plank jumping stretching exercises on her Instagram handle. Sharing this super fun workout session video, the celebrity trainer wrote, “When I move you move most fun way to workout is with you buddy!! @janhvikapoor  you try it with your buddy!.” The two were seen smiling while working out together and needles to say this video is shelling out major fitness goals. Janhvi, who is an avid social media user, often drops her pictures and videos post her intense workout sessions. Interestingly, Sridevi’s daughter never skips her workout not even during her vacation. Yes, you read that right! Speaking with Vogue, Namrata Purohit gave a sneak- peek into the actress’s workout regime and revealed there is no set workout that she follows on a holiday. The trainer was quoted saying, “The plan depends on circumstances and accessibility to equipment or props. Also, no two workouts are the same and the nature of the routine keeps changing. Some of her go-to favourites include hip lifts, butterfly hip lifts, sumo squats with heel raises, ab preps and obliques, planks, and side planks.” 

On the professional front, Janhvi has a slew of upcoming films including, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi with Rajkummar Rao, Dostana 2, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, and Bawaal co-starring Varun Dhawan in the pipeline.
