Jacqueline Fernandez Reveals Her Worried Parents Want Her To Live With Them In Bahrain But She Has Other Plans
With the second wave of Coronavirus sweeping away everyone from their feet, celebs are coming forward to extend help for the people who are in need. Each and every celeb are trying to do philanthropic work as much as possible be it in a discreet way or broadcasting on social media. Similarly, actor Jacqueline Fernandez is also tirelessly working for the people and helping them with necessary essentials. Amidst her work, she is also juggling between shoots as she is filming movies like Bhoot Police, Cirkus, Bachchan Pandey and Ram Setu. Having said that, seeing her work like this, Jackie’s parents are extremely worried and want her to live with them in Bahrain. However, the actor has other plans.

While speaking to TOI, Fernandez explained her parent’s plight after seeing the situation in India. But she intends to stay put in the city while continuing her work. She says, “My friends from Sri Lanka and my parents, who live in Bahrain, watch the news and panic when they see the situation in India. My parents desperately want me to live with them in Bahrain… even my uncles and cousins in Sri Lanka are asking me to come and stay with them. However, I am pretty intent on staying put here and continuing the work I am doing.” 

“I think in 2020, the outbreak of the virus shocked everyone. This time around, while we were under-prepared for the second wave, people came out in large numbers to actively help those in distress,” Jacqueline on the second wave of COVID-19. 


Earlier, the Kick actor had set up a foundation You Only Live Once (YOLO) for the needy people. Her foundation was working closely with several NGOs to cater to different causes.
