Irrfan Khan’s Wife Sutapa Sikdar Expresses Anger On Losing Relative Due To COVID-19: ‘Couldn't Get A Bed In ICU For Him Because He Was Not Chotarajan'
Late Irrfan Khan’s wife Sutapa Sikdar expressed her anger at losing a relative due to COVID-19 in Delhi. She penned a long note on social media and mentioned not being able to secure a hospital bed for the relative
The second wave of COVID-19 is sparing absolutely no one. In the past month, India has witnessed a huge spike in the number of people losing lives due to the deadly virus. A few days ago, late Irrfan Khan’s wife Sutapa Sikdar lost a relative in Delhi due to the Coronavirus. On her social media, Sikdar made a post, penned a long note and expressed her anger at losing the relative in Delhi. In her note, Irrfan Khan’s wife expressed anger for not being able to secure a hospital bed for the relative.
On Facebook, Sutapa Sikdar revealed she posted for help for her relative Sameer Banerjee. She informed her followers about his demise in the note. And, Sikdar continued to explain how the family couldn’t set up an ICU at home in Delhi, which is the capital of India. She further shared about not being able to secure a bed at the hospital. Sutapa Sikdar expressed her gratitude to all the COVID-19 warriors who helped and mentioned she will never forget them. She wrote: “I will never forget you all ,my belssings to you all till I live, I will never forget sameerda's smile .. I will cherish my adolescent memories with him.”
Sutapa Sikdar further wrote: "I will never ever forget that I couldn't get a bed in ICU for him because he was not Chota Rajan. He was an honest man. I will not forget this mayhem in Delhi. You don't forget too that Banerjee sheikhs das adjanias all have to go and they could have stayed with us all a bit longer if we would have concentrated as a country more on hospital oxygen plants then Hindu festivals and Muslim festivals." Irrfan Khan’s wife expressed her angst for not being able to secure the bed for her relative and spoke about the mayhem.
Meanwhile, a few days back, fans and family remembered late Irrfan Khan on his first death anniversary. The actor passed away on April 29, 2020. Sutapa Sikdar penned a long note, talking about her late husband. She spoke of the unique time of death of the actor.
