IPL 2020: Shah Rukh Khan Is Back In Town; Spotted At Mumbai Airport With His Family After Team KKR Drops Out From IPL
Shah Rukh Khan and his family were in Dubai to support his IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders. However, the actor has made a return to Mumbai after KKR got knocked out from IPL 2020
Shah Rukh Khan and his family - Gauri Khan, Suhana Khan, Aryan Khan, Alia Chhiba and AbRam were in Dubai to support his IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders. There, they celebrated SRK's 55th birthday along with his friends, Karan Johar and Manish Malhotra. After staying there for a brief amount of time, the actor is back to the bay as he was spotted making an exit from the Mumbai airport. He was seen wearing a white shirt and a military jacket over it along with a pair of black sunnies and face mask. As SRK was making his way to his car, we see Aryan, Gauri, Alia, Suhana and AbRam closely accompanying him on their way out. He has returned to Mumbai after his team KKR was knocked out from IPL 2020.
After Sunrisers Hyderabad’s 10-wicket win over Mumbai Indians, KKR was dropped from the league. Now, Mumbai Indians have reached the finals of the tournament which will be played on Sunday. Throughout the tournament, SRK was seen at the stands with his family members while cheering his lads on the field. Amidst the IPL 2020 tournament, he even celebrated his 55th birthday in front of Burj Khalifa where his name was projected on the big screen. Sharing a picture of the same on his Instagram account, he captioned it with, "It’s nice to see myself on the biggest and tallest screen in the world. My friend #MohamedAlabbar has me on the biggest screen even before my next film. Thanks & love u all @burjkhalifa & @emaardubai . Being my own guest in Dubai... my kids mighty impressed and me is loving it!"
Meanwhile, as SRK is back in town, we are hoping that he will soon begin his shooting schedule as well. Reportedly, Shah Rukh was supposed to kick-start shooting with Siddharth Anand's Pathan, also starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, by the end of November which will be shot over eight months in multiple countries.
The 55-year-old actor also has two more films and is expected to roll his next film either with Rajkumar Hirani's Immigration tale or South director Atlee's action flick.
