One of the most popular and renowned singing reality shows, Indian Idol is back with its 11th season. The show is judged by Anu Malik, Vishal Dadlani and Neha Kakkar. While the audition around has just begun, the munch saw a popular face and a winner of another show and it is Azmat Hussain. Rings any bells? Well, just in case it didn’t ring, let us tell you that Azamt Hussain was the winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs.

His strong and powerful voice mesmerized many and hence, was awarded the coveted trophy 8 years ago. After that, Azmat was completely underground but the singer has now come up again and this time for the audition but the singer had a rather sad story to tell. Recently, the channel’s social media handle shared a video of Azmat where he is revealing the sad story of his life that lead to drug addiction and depression. He also revealed as he was signing on various platforms, his voice started changing over time. People started telling him that he doesn’t sound good which completely depressed him.

Not only this, he also said that he got involved with some bad company that not only spoiled his career but also burned all his money which he had earned by doing shows. However, with this, he stopped singing and now he has again found a ray of hope, to make everything better. Hence, the singer came for Indian Idol audition and with his singing chops, he managed to impress the judges. Watch the video:
