Imran Khan’s ex-wife Reham bowled over by Akshay’s Rustom trailer
Here's the latest update from the world of Bollywood. We bet you wouldn't want to miss this. Read on for details... The team of the thriller is pleasantly surprised by her support
Akshay Kumar’s Rustom, which is
loosely based on the 1959 Nanavati case, has caught everyone’s attention with
its trailer. And believe it or not, famous cricketer Imran Khan’s former wife
Reham Khan too is going gaga over the trailer of the Ileana D’Cruz, esha Gupta
and Arjan Bajwa starrer. She recently tweeted how she “can’t wait” to see the
film.
Turns out, Rakesh Upadhyay (producer of Xpose), who is a
close friend of Akshay, sent (via mobile) the trailer to Reham. Little did he know that
she will be so fascinated by it.
Team Rustom is pleasantly surprised to
see Reham’s support for the film.
Directed by debutante director Tinu
Suresh Desai, Rustom marks the third collaboration between Akshay and Neeraj
Pandey, who is producing the film. It is based on the 1959 Nanavati case, where
Indian Naval Officer Kamas Maneckshaw Nanavati had learnt that his wife Sylvia
was having an illicit affair with his friend Prem Ahuja. In a fit of rage, Nanavati went to Ahuja’s house and shot him dead. The case garnered a
lot of media coverage, with the public sympathising with Nanavati.
